SINCESIX – SHIPPING POLICY
PLEASE ALLOW 1–3 WEEKS FOR PRODUCT ARRIVAL (SUBJECT TO DELAYS). WE POST FREQUENT SHIPPING UPDATES (AND ANY DELAYS IF APPLICABLE) ON OUR INSTAGRAM.
WHEN PRE-ORDERS ARE OPENED, PLEASE ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME FOR PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TO BE COMPLETED. WAIT TIMES MAY RANGE FROM 2–4 WEEKS, DEPENDING ON THE ITEM. DELAYS ARE MORE COMMON WITH PRE-ORDERS. IF WE SURPASS THE ESTIMATED TIME, YOU MAY REQUEST A REFUND.
WE DO OUR BEST TO PROCESS AND SHIP ALL ORDERS IN A TIMELY MANNER. ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED, IT CANNOT BE MODIFIED OR CANCELED.
IF YOUR ORDER IS RETURNED TO SENDER FOR ANY REASON, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY. IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR PACKAGE RESHIPPED, YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE A NEW SHIPPING LABEL AND PROVIDE IT TO US VIA EMAIL (CONTACT@SINCESIXUSA.COM).
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES, TAXES, AND IMPORT FEES OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL. WE CANNOT COVER THESE CHARGES AND HAVE NO WAY OF CALCULATING THEM BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED. THESE FEES WILL BE LEVIED BY YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE UPON ARRIVAL.
PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE TO DETERMINE WHAT THESE ADDITIONAL COSTS WILL BE PRIOR TO PURCHASING.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PACKAGES THAT ARE LOST OR STOLEN DURING SHIPMENT. ONCE A PACKAGE HAS BEEN SCANNED BY THE POSTAL PROVIDER, IT IS UNDER THEIR JURISDICTION AND NO LONGER OUR RESPONSIBILITY.
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, PLEASE OPEN AN INVESTIGATION DIRECTLY WITH YOUR CARRIER.
